The main objective of conducting an incident and investigation is above all “prevention”. A good investigation aims to establish a series of events that should have taken place and compares it to what actually happened to identify areas that need changing.
This course is for any individual who is, or wishes to be involved in the process for reporting, tracking, and investigating incidents for various Industries, and it serves to support a more effective approach and to develop recommendations that address the systemic causes of the incidents.
